These songs were written and chosen to express my frustrations, anger and grief with the world.

When we think of healing music, we don't often think about songs that express anger, but anger is a sacred emotion that many Black women are not afforded the opportunity to experience without ridicule or judgement. But, anger is there to love on us, and my anger has helped me heal, and I have been able to heal through these songs.

Topics range from talking about the struggle to survive with a 9-5, sexual assault, lovers and friends wasting my time (me hoping they'll change or make good on their word), and more.

Music is an artform that I'm especially grateful for. I really hope you resonate with this.

This is definitely more raw, than anything. It leaves more questions than answers, but I am still so proud of myself for being brave and being honest.

Thank you all SO much for cheering me on, for supporting me and helping to make my dreams come true. Thank you for your patience these past few months. They've been trying.

I'm grateful for you.
